How long does it take to process my order?
Baubles and paintings on paper take 2-3 days to prepare for shipping. Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email notification.
when will i receive my original canvas painting?
If your new canvas painting is already framed (check the individual listing to confirm), I can often arrange delivery within 1-2 weeks. If it is unframed, please allow 2-3 weeks for professional framing, followed by an additional 1-2 weeks to arrange delivery.
HOW LONG before i receive my order?
I ship using Royal Mail tracked 48 service in the UK. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it can take between 2-3 working days to reach you.
do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to every country in the world. Select your country at checkout, and it will calculate your shipping cost based on your order's weight. If you are an international customer and interested in an original canvas painting, please get in touch before purchasing.
how do you deliver original canvas paintings?
Once you complete the purchase of your original canvas painting, I will be in touch to arrange delivery. Depending on the size of your new canvas painting, there are various shipping options available. Delivery is free within the UK.
can you ship quicker?
At the moment, I only offer one standard rate of shipping. If however, you need it quicker, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I reply to emails within 24 hours, and I will do my best to arrange a faster delivery for you.
